SHIPPING & HANDLING

All listed prices do not include shipping, packing and handling.  The purchaser is responsible for all costs related to shipping, including but not limited to carrier charges, insurance, packing and materials, taxes, customs or duties, or other such items.

PORTER & PLUNK COORDINATED SHIPPING

We will gladly arrange shipping and packing for you. We work with trusted shippers and major carriers to provide safe and economical shipping for our clients.  To request a shipping quote prior to purchase click the SHIPPING QUOTE button in the item page.    We will get back to you as soon as possible with a custom quote and payment information for your item.

For customers shipping to points outside the United States, shipping quotes may take longer to produce as  import/export duties, different packing and other items may be required.

BUYER PICK-UP

You are welcome to pick-up your purchases during our normal business hours (M-F, 9:00AM – 5:00PM), holidays excepted. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in advance of pick-up, as well as a copy of your paid invoice prior to releasing your items.

 3rd PARTY SHIPPERS

If you chose to select and utilize your own shipper, we require a signed AUTHORIZED RELEASE form prior to pick-up. You can download a form by clicking here. Once your form is completed, please email it to info@porterandplunk.com or fax it to 760-327-7018.
